Branches Management: managing the branches of Teleserve Plus from A to Z, including the financial management of the daily cash box, stock management of in/out SKU according to the daily selling, performance management of the employees, and operations/logistics management of the branch itself as in design, display, opening shifts, SKU delivery, and other aspects
General and Full Scale Follow Ups: salesmen, office employees, branches employees, clients and suppliers
Logistics and Procurement Management: paper works, communications, and problems solving
Accounting, Auditing: stock transfer, clients accounts, payment methods and dates
Report Directly to: CEO, Chairman and Group G.M.
Sales management: managing the indoor/outdoor sales of the department (brand)
Market management: related to market share expansion, new clients penetration, and previous clients follow up
Market development: market growth of the brand as well as clients image positioning to the product
Customers’ retention and follow up
Market forecast and analysis: competitors analysis and forecasting the next period rates (prices, demand, and potential clients)
Accounts management: following up accounts selling and payments, payments methods and due date
Stock management: in/out chain as well as supply and demand relation
Suppliers follow up & negotiation
