- Review shop drawings, method of statement and material submittal.
- Mitigate to overcome any site delays or problems.
- Preparation of schedule and monitoring the daily progress.
- Managing client requirement taking into consideration contract scope of work and schedule.

- Managing site and office team for completion of the projects (Infra Structure and MEP Sites)
- Liaison with top management.
- Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity.
- Implement and manage operational plans.
- Preparation of schedule and monitoring the daily progress
- Review financial statements, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal
achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
- Mitigate to overcome any site delays or problems
- Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those
personnel processes.
- Leading technical meetings to resolve any technical issues.
- Cost control, finding solutions for cost reduction while maintaining a good progress.
- Managing client's requirements.
- Risk management through identifying all risks and minimize the percentage of occurring.
- Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement
departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence
to rules, regulations and procedures.
- Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Accounts and
Finance. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.
- Revising all projects quotations and managing the negotiations with clients.

HHR (Haramin High Speed Rail- Jeddah station, 14 billion USD)

KAUST project (King Abdallah University for Science and Technology, 3 billion USD Project)

- Monitoring and Controlling Site works for high and low current.
- Company Representative at Saudi electrical company for finalizing the design and contract of the
MV network.
- Design Core Team (redesigning of electrical systems including new lighting calculations, issuing
new BOQ, reviewing clients comments and re modifications of drawings)
- Head of electro mechanical team for car park and external activities
- Design Review.
- Technical help for procurement at subcontractors awarding stage
- MV and Fiber main feeders works including RMUS, transformers and switch Gears, SCADA
system.
- Monitoring subcontractor’s performance and issuing progress and performance reports.
