Operations: • Goods receipts, Sales return, Dispatch & Inventory Control operations

Job responsibilities as Sales Returns Incharge
• Reporting to Incharge receipt.
• Responsible for arranging collection of returnable goods from dealers, showroom & customers as per online Sales return requisition from Sales division & Showrooms.
• Coordinate with concerned person for readiness of materials to be collected.
• Coordinate with Receipt Incharge for vehicle arrangement & planning for goods collection.
• Responsible for receiving & proper accounting of goods returned by customers, dealers & showrooms in respective categories to update the system.
• Report & discuss any deviations with respect to actual receipts & documents instruction with Receipts Incharge and Warehouse Manager.
• Submit daily SRN report to Incharge Receipts.

Job responsibilities as Inventory Officer:
• Reporting to Incharge, Inventory control
• Plan & schedule inventory checks at regular intervals conducting perpetual inventory time to time as per the plan worked out in consultation with Inventory controller
• Coordinate with Accounts & Credit Control Dept / Internal Audit Dept for reconciliation of stocks & update the system after proper approval.
• Ensures matching of physical stock with system stock by way of passing necessary transfer entries in to the system after proper approval.
• Monitoring of damage stock, open stock, and shortage stocks etc & reporting to Incharge Inventory control.
• Monitoring & ensuring proper transaction entries from all the internal departments like - SRN, Replacement, and Dispatch & reporting to Incharge Inventory control.
• Checking daily update of WMS system & reporting to Incharge Inventory control

Job responsibilities as Executive Dispatch Incharge

• Responsible for timely execution of Local and Outstation Dispatches to all Distributors / Dealers / Showrooms
• Preparing first-rate delivery schedule to provide timely deliveries to customers.
• To Schedule working time of Staff, Drivers and Helpers
• To ensure work discipline on shop floor and proper Man Management in order to attain highest productivity
• Supervising helpers and warehouse assistants in loading of goods/units to the vehicle in conformance to the standards of the company and schedule of the department.
• Ensuring that the vehicles should be properly inspected by the duty officer to avoid any unauthorized load.
• Preparing Dispatch reports & sending it to HOD on daily basis with proper analysis of deviation
• Responsible for proper information flow on dispatch activities to all internal and external customers by way of written and verbal communication
• Coordinating with concerned Sales person for return deliveries if any
• Conveying the non delivery to concerned Sales Executive & follow up for Sales Return or Re-dispatch
• In case of SRN, document to be handed over to SRN Incharge immediately for SRN posting
• Updating HOD on issues of work discipline in warehouse.
• Preparing MIS reports as and when required by the management
• Ensure all process measures related to dispatch operations are followed and related reports are generated on time for review of HOD.
• Comply with the Warehouse work standards and general systems and procedures of the company.
