To assist the Relationship Manager in maintaining and housekeeping the portfolio under management, resolving day to day issues and ensuring marketing team’s involvement in operational issues is brought to a minimum.
Conduct due diligence and provide input for cases that are to be approved by senior level enabling them to make informed credit decision. Further, ensuring that turnaround time is not compromised in approval chain.
Liaise regularly with various departments such as Operations, Compliance, Credit and Operations within the company and entertaining requests and enquiries pertaining to transactions and/ or documentation.
Attend to the Clients enquiries and coordinate with various Service Departments to ensure resolution in a timely manner
Ensure and maintain a solid platform of relationship with client portfolio and assess areas of potential growth and product expansion possibilities.
Acting as a liaison between the client and management of the company
Assisting the Team Leader in writing credit proposals, credit profiles and coordinating with various business control units
Maintaining strong relationship with the clients in order to provide prompt services
Coordinating with internal departments and cross functional teams to regulate smooth transactions.
My overall GPA was 3.05. I was the captain of Szabist Cricket team for almost 3 consecutive years. Was awarded a Gold Medal for Insportz Cricket Tournament. Got second prize for Szabist Table Tennis Tournament.
