Conducted candidate research for Human resource and Legal department roles for the GCC region directly reporting to four Managers.
Led initial screening telephonic interviews to shortlist candidates for roles at hand. Participated in Face to face candidate interviews with managers of both Legal and HR sectors. Successfully sourced candidates from Managerial levels to Director and C-level roles for both HR and Legal sectors in UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
2-4 Shortlisted candidates have been selected for interviews by clients per week and talent sourcing through online job postings conducting 70-80 screening calls per week. Generating 12-16 leads for the company per week for business development
Contributed towards administration and marketing tasks by reporting to the Head of Administration and
Marketing.
Successfully lead two new executive level searches for the healthcare industry within the regions of Middle East, UK, and USA.
Additionally, gained experience in face-to-face and telephone interviews for candidate
selection for executive job roles while shadowing the Managing Director of Odgers Berndtson
Undertook supervision over account statements and invoices as well as checking and updating account holders’
database.
Gained experiences on cheque classification and disposal by organizing and evaluating records of 150, 000 clients.
Gained skills in maintaining databases of order forms and transferring data from paper formats in to digital files.
Skilled in efficient and effective data transfer by tracking and processing 20-30 orders per day.
Gained adequate experience in handling the front desk customer services for Barakat Phase I. Successfully handled & dispatched cheques while maintaining client records. Acted as the main point of contact for customer issues or complains by redirecting them to the adequate departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Nominated for the Top Graduate Award for Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management for maintaining a merit scholarship as a high achiever every semester
