Saudi Ceramics Company (SCC) is the biggest local ceramics manufacturing company in KSA. Following are key contributions in my current role.
a) Lead the department in preparation of quarterly and annual reporting packages in line with the requirements of applicable IFRSs and local regulations.
b) Implementation of new accounting standards.
c) Lead the accounting team of subsidiaries to ensure compliance with Group policies.
d) Manage Group’s communication with investors via Tadawul or group investor meetings.
e) Implementation of VAT regulations. Establish and monitor controls for VAT compliance.

The National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) is one of the largest agricultural and food-processing joint stock companies in the Middle East and North Africa. Established in 1981 by royal decree, it is 20% owned by the government of Saudi Arabia, with the rest publicly traded on the Saudi Stock Exchange. It is one of the very few and largest vertically integrated dairy businesses in the world. Salient highlights of projects undertaken by me at NADEC are as follow;
a) Developed manuals for fixed assets and inventory policies and procedures.
b) Managed migration of fixed assets module from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion
c) Managed implementation of IFRS 16.
d) Developed controls on effective monitoring over fixed assets and inventory transactions.
e) Managed CWIP project costs from inception to capitalization.

Dynamic Energy (DE) is a group of Companies primarily involved in oil field services, heat exchanger designs and manufacturing, sand screen manufacturing and trading and contracting businesses. Following is a brief introduction to some key responsibilities undertaken during employment with DE.
a) Prepared periodic, yearend and special purpose financial statements.
b) Supervised the entire process of obtaining ISO 9001 - 2008 certification for multiple entities.
c) Analyzed financial results with budgetary provisions and reported variances
d) Designed Proposals based on specific RFQs and TORs from Saudi Aramco and other Clients
e) Negotiated Financing Facilities with Banks and Financial Institutions
f) Headed the team for supervising the Design and implementation of ERP in the Company.
g) Managed various functions on Saudi Aramco Portal including Electronic Invoicing for materials supply & contracting.
