I am working as an accountant/admin Manager.
I maintain labour payroll, cash book.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintaining all financial transaction related to Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Preparing and presenting Bank Reconciliation Statement on timely basis.
• Recording and keep custody the petty cash related transactions.
• Recording financial transactions related to inter-company.
• Assisting to Chief Accountant in order to closing the Period (Month end activities) i.e GL reconciliations, Physical verification of cash & Inventory.
• Administering and enforcing hotel policies and procedures
• Building strong relationships with companies that supply the hotel.
• Developing relationships with the local business community.
• Offering support and guidance to junior team members.
• Developing and implementing staff training programs.
• Providing the hotel owners with regular reports on the hotels operating objectives and fiscal performance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• General accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger posting.
• Handling of Bank records and preparation of Bank Reconciliations.
• Preparing monthly statements with regard to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables.
• Responsible for recording all transactions in the accounting system and filing all transactions in a proper manner.
• Preparing monthly payables and receivables statement.
• Monthly Bank statement Reconciliations and Maintain Petty cash and routine expenses.
• Responsible for preparing monthly payroll and maintain the records of all staff.
• Responsible for receiving materials, inventories and report frequent stock level.
• Deal with all government departments.
• Taking part in the construction planning.
