• To look after procurement of all biomedical equipments, consumables and accessories all over Indus Health Network.
• Review and prepare CS of requisite items on key parameters including price, lead time and discounts to achieve optimum supply chain costs.
• Managing contracts of equipments and Service Level agreements.
• Prepare and review Purchase Orders as per SOPs
• Also lead Civil and MEP related Projects of The Indus Hospital Extension of 1800 bedded hospital and ongoing engineering project within the hospital.
• Issue POs according to requested delivery dates quotations and quantities and send it to the concern vendor.
• Technical inspection of received shipments/deliveries.
• Track orders and provide order confirmations to internal customers
• Finding new suppliers and strengthening the relationship with the current suppliers.
• Assistant sales and service engineer of complete range of Qiagen Molecular Instruments/equipments across South Region of Pakistan.
• To generate potential customers leads.
