• Enabled sustainable and cost saving through best-in-class sourcing, optimizing operational
behavior and supplier innovation.

annually.
• Leading contract and price negotiations with suppliers to secure optimum output.
• Developed and implemented supplier scorecards.
• Analyzed commodity spend data and formulate a strategy out of it.
• Managed multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time
management, and problem-solving skills.
• Process of PO's, their LC/BC/CAD & ARG payments.
Projects:
• Ordering of machinery related to facility of Samsung plant worth PKR 59 million.
• Development of weld and paint shop sealers for the Peugeot 2008 & KIA Stonic vehicles.
• Sourcing and development of color & thinner for Peugeot 2008 vehicle.
Responsible for managing all the indirect Purchases worth PKR 330 million annually.
• Procure all construction related OFM for PCL Nooriabad Site.
• Successfully procure and import cable making machinery including Cu furnace, extrusion
line and wire drawing machines.
• Negotiate and implementation of O&M contracts of chillers, generators and other
utilities.
• Responsible for all customs clearance of machinery, raw material and spares.
• Process of PO's, LC/BC/CAD & ARG payments.
Projects:
• Lead a project from procurement side with different stake holders regarding introduction of
different drum sizes which gives the saving of Rs. 30 million annually.
• Developed supplier evaluation and Supply Chain threat matrix.
Responsible for the purchases of engineering spares, services and consumables.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth operation.
• Responsible for contracting with vendors for services jobs related to engineering &
quality department.
