as implementation of method of statement (MOS) and promoting professional development.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports (PQI) to quality manager and consultants, highlighting KPIs,
audit outcomes, trends and taken improvement initiatives to meet project quality requirements and client
satisfaction benchmarks.
• Provide quality-related training and awareness sessions (TBT) to project and construction personnel,
promoting continuous improvement and compliance with best practices.
• Participating in weekly client/consultant meetings to address QAQC-related concerns and on improvement of
project quality index (PQI).
• Conduct internal quality audits and compliance checks, verifying adherence to the Project Quality Plan, ISO
QMS requirements and contractual standards.
• Training the new staff (supervisors and quality officers/inspectors) in the implementation of quality procedures
during the work.

• Establish and maintain the projects quality documentation system, ensuring all procedures, records and forms
align with ISO 9001:2015 and client quality expectations.
• Develop, implement and manage the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in accordance with project specifications,
contractual requirements and international quality standards.
• Participating in weekly client/consultant meetings to address QAQC-related concerns and on improvement of
project quality index (PQI).
• Review and validate Pre-Qualification (PQQs), Material Approval Requests (MARs), of the supplier and
subcontractor prior to consultant submission for approval, ensuring technical completeness and compliance.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Technical Manager, Consultants and Subcontractors to ensure alignment
with quality objectives and smooth execution of QA/QC activities.
• Verifying subcontractor invoices (IPA) with reference to WIRs and ensuring that all the non-conformities
(NCRs) have been closed prior to approval.
• Verify and ensure that corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPA) are taken to close NCRs and SORs.
• Coordinating for the evaluation of pre-qualification and material submital (MAR) with the technical and
procurement manager considering the project specification.
• Managing all QA/QC records for the project, such as certifications, calibration, test results, inspection requests,
non-compliance reports, site instructions and observations, delivered materials, and other QA/QC records.
• Responsible for the issue of non-conformance (NCR) and site observation reports (SOR) to subcontractors and
suppliers.
• Review and preparation of daily, weekly & monthly QC reports.

temperature as per approved mix designs.
