• Role as a DCS site engineer on Centum VP package of Yokogawa.
• Conducting loop checking with the customer and punch closure witness with evidence.
• Hardware SAT and software SAT, along with commissioning of the whole package till handover.

• Certain changes in logics/graphics as per customer’s requirement.

to be commissioned in QAPCO.
• Performing air blowing and leak check of various water lines and utility lines such as
instrument air, utility air.
• Overlooking the mechanical and also the instrumentation part i.e. the DCS part of
commissioning
• Process line-up with Operations dept. while checking all the interlocks and criteria’s
to run the plant.
• Maintained hourly, daily, and weekly logs of plant activities
• Coordinate with HSE department related to safety issues and resolve the issues as
soon as possible.
• Monitored equipment for proper and efficient functionality and operational
problems
• Perform and record permit and process pH & DO test while analyzing the results
• Monitor analytical parameters daily to ensure equipment is functioning properly
• Carry out all corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance on mechanical,
instrumentation, and control systems to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable
operation of the facilities machinery
• Coordinating and resolving Engineering issues address site requirement.
• Pipeline cleaning by cardboard blasting, Service flushing, Air blowing, Water
Flushing, Oil flushing etc.
• Leak tests of the systems
• Chemical cleaning, Flushing.
• Control valve stroke checking.
• Temporary Blinds list, Lockout & tag out
Executed procurement operations including pipe sizes their schedules and materials, fittings, gaskets, bolts and many other fittings based on isometric drawings
• Calculated pressure drop based on line size and flow parameters that gives us pressure limits required for various case scenarios
• Checked quality of isometric drawings and calculation of elevation using references in respect to geographical direction from support isometric drawings
• Used tools like Autodesk Trueviewer 2017 for viewing P&ID’s and Navisworks Freedom 2018 for Plant 3D models
Undergone training of Aspen Petroleum Scheduler and Schneider Wonderware MES Applications
Working on various Global and Domestic projects starting from Kick Off to the final commissioning ( this includes all phases of project like Kick Off, Site survey, FDS, Implementation, FAT & SAT, AS built documentation etc.)

Engineering & Commissioning of Yokogawa Blending Software Packages - Blend Ratio Controller (BRC), Blend Property Controller (BPC) and Tank Inventory Monitoring (TIM).
Conversant with Yokogawa DCS and engineered all the system required for blending operations with different functional blocks and commissioned control valves with tuning for blending system. Completed successfully FAT and SAT procedure for HMEL Bhatinda, MRPL Mangalore, HPCL Vizag and BORL Bina.
Attended 1 week Training at MCF (Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd), Mangalore. (July 2010). ~ Brief overview of the different processes at the plant. Attended 1 week Training at NICOMET, Goa (Aug 2010) ~ Basic overview of the plant to understand the unit operations and methods.
