Key responsibilities:
Performs as key purchaser during outlet opening
Provides an opening checklist to the General/Operations
Manager and Executive Chefs to maintain an organized and
stream-lined process flow
Coordinates with suppliers with regard to pricing and market list
(food and non-food items)
Ensures comparable quotations are generated to pick the best
quality and cost prices
Responsible in getting approvals of quotations from stakeholders
Liaise with procurement team prior to LPO creation
Responsible in delivery details with respect to the set schedule.
Thorough follow ups when necessary to avoid delays and non-
completion of products and equipments.
Acts as the primary receiver mainly for kitchen and helps out with
Bar and FOH
Responsible in managing daily petty cash to attain zero variance
during invoices and cash settlement
Monitors Stock Controllers’ performance across based on KPIs
POC in requesting weekly pettycash across all outlets
Creates and develops processes to improve kitchen performance
across the board
Consolidates and sends weekly suppliers SLA (Service Level
Agreement) and kitchen maintenance expenses reports to the
executive chefs and Procurement CEO
Ensures kitchen hygiene meets expectations per Municipality
standards by performing spotchecks in the kitchen, including
food safety documentation and records
Attends regular online meetings & trainings in Foodwatch
Provides support during kitchen stocktake
Conducts inventory of company

Responsible in receiving equipments from other countries and
ensures proper inventory
Performs audits of all Stock Controllers’'
requisitions and posting
invoices in the system
Provides training to new joiners
Communicates with the team all updates from different
departments to ensure proper dissimination of information thru
regular meetings
Attends to HR and other departamental meetings
