Responsibilities:
1. Franchise Management:
a)Timely and effective communication of targets and its monitoring/reporting
b)Regular market visits to gather insights and competitor information etc.
c)Route planning and target setting for DOs
d)Monitoring of Franchise profitability and staffing
e)Franchise and Retail staff motivation and training sessions to ensure that they are well versed with product knowledge, systems and procedures.
2. Distribution:
a)Ongoing improvement of trends (minimum balance retailers, servicing at retail level)
b)Retail footprint expansion to increase availability and visibility of products and services
c)Monitoring channel investment (float of Mobicash and Mobilink load)
d)Constant improvement in quality of sales (Postpaid, Prepaid & GPRS)
e)New development of Mobicash & Mobilink Retailers to take growth from market.
f)Sure timely requests process of Mobicash Load & Mobilink Load.
3. Projects:
Work on other projects assigned by Area manager with the aim to constantly improve Sales & Distribution target achievement.
