1.Development and planning to increase the efficiency of operations to achieve the goals.
2.Set goals for the operation department and identify ways and measures to achieve these goals.
3.Review and audit periodically work procedures followed by the department supervisors, and make sure that they conform to standards adopted by the company and recommend any necessary improvements.
4.Evaluating the results of the work of the operation department and staff and improve mechanisms for evaluation.
5.Review and organization of the files related to the development operations department.
6.Daily web audit in terms of Rooms Inventory and Room Rates, Hotels packages and promotions.
7.Re-check all signed contracts and agreements with prospects to report any mismatch or illegal issues.
8.Make sure that system (legate website) is running smoothly (testing) and reporting all problems in the system .
9.Increase communication skills between legate team and other business partners and encourage team work spirit.
