Joining Company as Sales Manager.
Joined as a sales manager of Fire Protection and Safety equipments.
Working in Building Technologies Division, Safety as a sales manager, main responsibilities:
1. Manage the Sales Team, 7 sales engineers.
2. Responsible to achieve Sales Target: Revenue & GP.
3. Scope consists of Fire & Life Safety, ELV, and UPS.
4. Customers’ Negotiation, closing deals, Agreement discussions.
5. Marketing, meeting End users & Consultants for vender listing and specifications writing.
6. Sales Pipelines: Weekly & Monthly meeting with Sales team.
7. Sales Funnel meeting with Principals.
8. Direct communications with manufacturers for discounts, special arrangements, or L&D feedback & follow-ups.

9. Contact with Civil Defence team for products additions, discussions with authorities.
10. Liaising with Credit Team, Legal, and Commercial for internal approvals and customers’ support.
Working in a group of companies involves in Fire Protection, Safety, Maintenance, & Electromechanical as a sales manager, main responsibilities:
1. Manage the Sales Dept of the Group.

1. Targeting Commercial and Industrial Applications to meet regular annual sales targets.
2. Actively administering, managing & driving Assigned Client Accounts.
3. Create sales, negotiate and close deals with contractors, consultants or end-users.
4. Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize potential customers in designated regions.
