To Check and Investigate the breakdown reports daily by immediately set a preventive action plan to prevent the reoccurrence of such breakdowns, prepare and follow-up CapEx each year and assist in budgeting, responsible for the preventive maintenance plans and repairing activities, responsible for applying the 5's in the factory, check and sign the spare parts requisitions and assist in the inventory of these parts, check the weekly consumption of parts and materials and follow PO's promised dates with purchasing Team. assign and distribute the emergency and high priority Tasks to maintenance department's supervisors including plumbing works, general maintenance works, electrical and electronic works, auto repairs and services, HVAC, boiler house operation & maintenance tasks, machining and fabrication jobs etc. making interviews in order to fill the vacancies with skilled technicians and supervisors. I am responsible to prepare the risk assessment sheets and to follow it. As well to prepare the aspect & impact register that is to be followed and implemented.
