o Handling the customer's problems.
o Show room full shift from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.
o Responsible for all phones which received from maintenance and delivered to the customers through the show room.
o Responsible for fast service station that related to simple faults (level 1.2.3) and spare parts, troubleshooting, updating soft ware for all nokia models and follow up pending, waiting, refused cases and stock orders.
o Delivered the repair phones to customers.
• Quality Control Rep in Raya Distribution" Nokia" (from June 2005 to August 2005)
o Receive faulty phones from Nokia branches.
o Arrange it in racks.
o Deliver it to maintenance.
o Collecting pending for spare parts.
o Follow up waiting cases for customer approval or Refused.
o Test Nokia handsets and accessories according to Nokia service bulletins and national standard protocols.
o Deliver it again to branches in order to deliver it to customers.
Education: June 2004 Bachelor of Commerce, English section, Cairo University, Major: accounting. Cumulative Grade: good.
