1. Delivery of management information to Sales, Finance, Clients and Regulatory Authorities
o Debtors aging analysis, days sales outstanding (DSO), suspension statuses, monthly credit analysis
o Credit control report, lapsed and outstanding/overdue analysis, collections analysis with unallocated payments,
o Report on SAMA legal cases, proposed write offs, bad debt provision support and analysis, other credit control
o Understand regulatory needs for billing & credit control to ensure compliance
o Assisted the Director of Finance Operations with the analysis information to support accurate debtors collection information
2. Credit Risk Management and Management Escalation
o Identify overdue and high risk customers and send warning letters as per SAMA regulation to announce the clients about the unpaid bills
o Ensure escalation of risks and exposure to the Director or Finance Operation, Key Accounts and Broker Senior Manager, Credit Control Manager, and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as appropriate
o Reporting on payment terms flexibility, monthly and cumulative
