• Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing,

• Assisted the Recruitment team in managing communication with the candidates
regarding their job offers and joining dates.
• Supported the Recruitment team in performing background/reference checks, assisted
in communication with the candidates, whenever needed.
• Assisted the Recruitment team in collecting all the required documents from the new
employee and send it to the Employee Services team to complete the new joiner
procedures.
• Prepared and sent job offers and employment contracts. Responsible for explaining the
works terms and conditions to the new joiner, according to the companys policy and
Saudi Labor Law.
• Helped where necessary during the pre-boarding and onboarding of employees, i.e.,
staying in touch with them, answering their questions, sending them relevant material
such as Job Description and Employee Handbook.
• Conducted companys internal investigations of associate complaints to coordinate with
legal department on employee relations matters.
• Followed up on probation period evaluation with the head of departments and
coordinated with the HR Manager and the Recruitment team.
• Managed the HR System, kept a correct and updated record of employee files and
coordinated to send the hard-copy documents to the archive team. Manage all
employment data entry, including the employee hierarchy and soft-copy documents.
• Coordinated training sessions and seminars with the HR Manager and the concerned
departments.
