Serving as the first point of contact for prospective new and current students as well as the general public and the ADU community.
Working on the credit transfer case for the admitted students.
Providing varied and extensive information to clients about ADU programs and services.
Providing detailed program and admission information by answering inquires.
Distributing and explaining policies and procedures by making appropriate needed referrals for students who need additional help.
Explaining and clarifying ministry requirements, program availability, entry assessment, and placement decisions.
Assisting the administration of admission and registration programs in order to offer a high level care and customer service.
Supporting the implementation of university policies and procedures regarding student admission, student registration and records.
Responding proactively to students/parents concerns
Assisting in administering admission and registration services
Handling requests and certifications of enrolment
Assisting in managing the student information system and maintains administrative records, file auditing, students' status tracking.
Administering academic and attendance warnings, grade appeals and dismissals
