Providing detailed program and admission information by answering inquires.
Distributing and explaining policies and procedures by making appropriate needed referrals for students who need additional help.
Explaining and clarifying ministry requirements, program availability, entry assessment, and placement decisions.
Assisting the administration of admission and registration programs in order to offer a high level care and customer service.
Supporting the implementation of university policies and procedures regarding student admission, student registration and records.
Responding proactively to students/parents concerns
Assisting in administering admission and registration services
Handling requests and certifications of enrolment
Assisting in managing the student information system and maintains administrative records, file auditing, students' status tracking.
Administering academic and attendance warnings, grade appeals and dismissals
