Coordinates with internal and external Expo Milan Technology Partners by participating in proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and administration, and managing contractual requirements, including risk mitigation, and coordinates issues with internal management at all levels.
Detects and managed tracks, mitigates, and resolves risk issues related to Technology Partners contract.
Ensures performance of the technology Partners contracts and subcontracts for conformance to terms and conditions and ensures compliance with legal requirements of Expo 2015 Milan general committee.
Commissioning of the system elements and their integration into the central system Milan Expo SC2 command center
Carried out handover for all technology related services to Qatar Pavilion prior to event inauguration with Technology Partners of Expo Milan 2015 organizing committee.

Pavilion Local Area Network. The Local Area Network facility will deliver a local 1Gbps Wide Area Network technologies: a set of technologies designed and deployed to, two technologies implemented:
- MAN GBE (Gigabit Ethernet)

- MPLS (Multi-Protocol Label Switching)
Pavilion network equipment
Telecom Italia cloud service trial: a set of cloud based services through which it shall be possible to:
- Allocate IT resources such as CPU, RAM, storage
- Remotely manage the allocated resources through a dedicated application console;
- Rely on a Telecom Italia owned network of 12 Datacentre’s distributed in the Italian Territory: 2 of them are located near the EXPO site and are connected to guarantee maximum reliability of the hosted pools;
