• Design, installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of IP-CCTV brands like Samsung, Axis, Mobotix. Design, installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of Access Control Systems such as Paxton, Maxxess, Wisenet.
• Design, installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of Kaba turnstiles
• Design, installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of parking barriers.
Design, installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of CCTV, Access Control
System, EPABX.
• Conduct customer site surveys and provide sales engineering support, including
collecting and recording detailed operational, functional and technical requirements,
developing project scopes, and providing overall system costing for Access Control &
CCTV projects.
• Design, installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of Analog CCTV systems
such as Samsung, Hikvision, Cp plus, Uklink and IP CCTV systems such as Samsung,
Aver, Hikvision, Cp plus, Uklink.
• Design, installation, configuration, testing and Maintenance of Real-time and Stand-
alone Access Control System of ZK and Paxton.
• Understanding plans and specifications to identify the types and grades of materials
and equipment needed to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Troubleshooting of wireless network in different Operating Systems like Windows
2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Window 7, Windows 8 and Macintosh systems,
Providing IT support for the users.
• Installing and troubleshooting of hardware and software related problems.
• Report to the project operation manger of site progress and problems being
encountered for assistance and guidance.
• To perform testing and commissioning of the installed systems and handover to the
parties concerned, Coordination with customers for requirement gathering and
solution design, Responsible for regular site visits to ensure installation standard is
satisfactory.
• Liaise with Local suppliers / Contractors to ensure adherence to standards and scope
of works required by client, Coordinate with implementation team for successful
implementation of proposed design.
• Supervise subcontractors to carry out site works according to design intent and the
suppliers for timely delivery of equipment’s.
Installing all computer related software’s and configuring Outlook mails.
• Assist and help customer’s engineer to install operating systems, to troubleshoot
various hardware/OS related issues.

• Installation, Configuration of All Kind of Routers & APN. Physical installation of
servers, routers, switches, storage and IT equipment’s.
• Remote Management using Windows Remote Desktop and other various remote
management software's.
• Providing support for network and stand-alone printers, scanners.
• Providing Hardware, Software, Applications and Antivirus support.
• Controlling CCTV and Access Card Details.
• Doing installation of Structural Cabling System.
• Responsible in attending faulty telephone extensions, provide additional Data and
Voice points. Monitor telecommunication system logs.
Troubleshooting for fault telephone and internet cable connection.
