Oversaw the installation, maintenance & troubleshooting of Office Automation Products viz. RICOH, Brother, HP on different networks & platforms viz. Windows 2003 Server, Windows NT, 2000, XP and Desktops.
Successfully supervised the configuration of MFPs for Scan to FTP Servers and Mail Servers.
Effectively rendered solutions for customers, based on network topology for installation of MFP in their network.
Played a pivotal role in managing the corporate clientele like Department of Civil Services, Etisalat, TRA, Mubadala, ALDAR, ENEC, Mashreq Bank, Noor Islamic Bank, Hilal Bank, Johnbuck International, Abu Dhabi Municipality, Hilton Hotel, Shangri-La Hotel, Rotana Hotel, etc.
Recognised and awarded with appreciation letter from the management for the year 2008-2009.
