Role: Management of Hotel Preopening IT Projects, Management and Administration of all property IT systems and applications, Implementation of IT policies & procedures,
ROLES: Brief Description
•Troubleshooting problems pertaining to performance tuning, network administration, application conflicts and system bugs
•Maintaining active directory including security domains, user profiles as well as other resources on the network
•Performing as primary contact for all IT related services
•Installing and maintaining network and data communication hardware & software environment
•Designing backup strategy, ensuring scheduled / unscheduled backups as per the backup plan
•Facilitating, Monitoring & Administration of:
•Server installation and Administration (Windows 2016, 2012 & 2008, Windows file server)
•VMWare Administration
•Microsoft SharePoint & Teams Management
•Hotel systems such as Micros Opera PMS, Micros Simphony POS, Shiji Infrasys POS, Material Management System, Financial Software, HR Payroll System, IPTV system, Backup Software, Endpoint software, Hotel System Interfaces and so on
•IP Telephone (Alcatel Lucent Omni PCX Ent.)
•Cisco Switches, Wireless Controller and AIR series access points
•Ensuring effective maintenance of inventories and managing IT hardware / software
•Installing and testing corporate approved program changes to the hotel computer systems
•Making sure that computer and network operations are monitored at the property, while backup/recovery functions are performed on scheduled basis
•Managing firewall, network and server monitoring
•Liaising with systems partners to finalize designs and confirm requirements
