Key Responsibilities:
• Permanent Journey Plan development and implementation.
• Ensure implementation of Annual Operating Plan of which the Key Performance Indicators are.
• Achieving the monthly Volume targets locked at the start of the year
• Productivity of daily planned shops to be visited
• Ensuring Range availability in the market
• FIFO has to be maintained both at the warehouse and in market
• Identify stock requirement at the warehouse
• Consistently working on Customer development and business development
• Deliver volume and revenue target for his territory
• Capability development of distributors and distributor workforce
• Effective utilization of promotional budget by distributor and DSR
• Effective utilization of subsidies provided to the distributor i.e. stale allowance, DSR salaries and Van rentals by ensuring that DSR / Distributor lifts all stale product from the market, all vans and DSRs claimed by the distributor work throughout the month
• Conduct in market training/coaching with regular Follow up
• Weekly reporting on all KPI’s mentioned above to the ASM
• Implementation of Sales software at distributor end has to be ensured
• Make monthly visit plans and get them approved from immediate supervisor.
• Regularly achieve monthly sales targets.
• Update visit plans on weekly basis with due consultation with immediate supervisor.
• Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends.
• Visit markets shops in accordance with approved weekly visit plan.
• Submit a detail market visit report along with competition activity in the designated area after every visit.
• Maintain excellent work relationship with existing shop in charge in designated area.
• Develop new potential dealers within designated area in accordance with company’s policy.
• Regularly perform stock movement analysis for individual shops, prepare an ideal item mix for them based on location & stock movement accordingly to improve their sales and profitability.
• Provide shops in charge with new price list whenever there is any change in company prices.
Coordinate company schemes in the designated regions as and when required by the management.
• Mentor shops staff regarding effective selling techniques and educate them about product qualities & distinctions.
Responsibilities:
• Receive sales orders from the clients (Makro, Metro, Hyperstar, USD, CSD and Distributers) and coordinates with store department for dispatch.
• Prepare weekly sales report & good receipt notes for Metro cash & carry and Makro Habib.
• Daily checking of Bank entries in our collection account & match them with our receipts issued to customers
• Co-coordinating with production for dispatch dates and production dates.
• Coordinate with all Distributers, institutions, CSD for orders, dispatches.
• Tracking primary sales and creating monthly sales report.
• Making reports brand wise, category wise, country wise etc.
• Work as a internee for eight weeks at Mitchell's fruit farms limited
