o Planning, Managing, and supervising the in-house Site engineers and sub-
contractor for the execution of Underground Utilities (Potable Water, TSE,
Street Lighting, Electrical & Fire Fighting System) as per the latest Authority
approved design.
o Preparing Bill of Quantities as per the latest Authority approved drawings
for Potable Water line, TSE, Street Lighting, Electrical.
o Reviewing Subcontractors contracts to verify with Project Quantities to
finalize the Subcontracts Contract agreement.
o Preparing, coordinating with Procurement team for Project Materials as per
the Material approval from concerned Authorities.
o Creating, maintaining a database, and reporting the execution of works as
per the site Progress to Planning Department.
o Follow up daily work progress with subcontractor and maintaining the
reports.
o Preparing Inspection Request and coordinating with consultant and client
for the approval as per the work completion.
o Reviewing the Sub contractor Interim Payment Certificate as per the work
completion with consultant approved Inspection Request and finalizing the
quantities with Contracts team for the payment.
o Scheduling and conducting weekly progress meeting with Subcontractor
regarding the planning, site execution, design changes, site obstruction and
completion.
o Coordinating with Consultant for Project Material Inspection and Site
Inspections
o Preparing Spare parts list for completed Utilities for Authority Handover.
o Reviewing As-Built Drawing of Potable water line, Electrical, Street Lighting,
Fire Fighting System prior to submitting to consultant for approval.
o Appling KAHRAMAA Electrical and Water Department Permits (SIS / Cold
Work Permit) for work near to the existing lines.

Project : Propylene Oxide Plant - SADARA Project
Expertise : Steel Structure and Piping
Client : SADARA Chemical Company (Saudi ARAMCO & The
DOW Chemical Company)
Project Value : 2.1 billion USD
o Planning, managing, and executing the Erection, fabrication and installation of
Piping and Steel Structure.
o Reviewing the piping drawing and spool drawing prior to fabrication.
o Scheduling and Executing the NDE, NDT, UT and RT test for the pipelines and Steel
Structure for the weld joints with QC Inspectors.
o Preparing Bill of Quantities as per the Scope and updating with revisions.
o Preparing material take off plan as per the site erection schedule and priority.
o Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring
the site labour force and monitoring the work of all subcontractors.
o Clearing the pipelines to insulation team according to the completion lines with all

o Attending the project/progress meeting with client/ subcontractor for achieving the
milestone.
o Coordinating with the QA/QC team for the Site inspection as per ITP and closing out
of RFI.
o Preparing and coordinating with planning team for the Project Final Quantification
of Steel Structure works for submitting to client for approval.
o Reviewing and approving the Payment Certificate of subcontractor as per the work
completion.
o Raising and coordinating with Design consultant to close out the Technical Queries
of the Site obstructions with technical proposals.
o Carrying out Handover Walk down with Construction supervision consultant for the
Punch list and close outs.
