Acting as Project/Work Package Manager.
Manage the Sub-contractor for various systems, Create BOQ/Drawings as per Tender Specification/Drawings and provide Budgetary prices for Mega Projects Like Kingdom tower/Abraj kudai/MOI etc. Cooridnate with different contractors, consultants etc.Help in Bidding the Project, Provide the Technical Support to Tendering Department, Procurement, HR and Commercial Department in Project. Single Point of contact for all Systems Projects related Technical coordination and Commercial Issues.Drive the Project form Design to the Implementation ad Handover.Manage the Project Team from Design concept of project to the implementation and Handover of the Project successfully and efficiently.Recruit new Engg. and work for the Training of the new Engg. Active Part in the Airport Integration of system and generating the concept for same.
Project Mangement for the Design and implementaion of Audio Visual and IT Integration Project like Ballroom AV, Digital Signage, Meeting/Boardrooms, BGM Music system via Building Network, Airport Digital Signage system, Hotel IPTV system, VLAN Networking switching and routing, AMX/Crestron/Biamp/BSS/SAMSUNG Digital Signage/Scala Programing, IPtelephony Avaya etc.
Execute the AV Integartion Project, Do pre-sales Design and AMX/AV Programming, Provide AV Troubleshotting to Technican and Installation Engineers.Provide Training to the Cleint at the Handover Time and get prepare the necessary drawing and Technical documents for handovring the Project.
Manage the Man power and resources to ultilize them for the Project.
