Experience in Fire Alarm and Gas Detector, Installation, Troubleshooting and maintenance of CCTV cameras.
Involved in the maintenance and servicing of the Instrument and other navigational Instruments.
In removal and Installation of complex assemblies of the Instruments.
Use of standard testing equipments like Electrical measuring instruments, Insulation Continuity tester and
Test meters.
Installs Instrument loop components such as Pipe, Fittings, Tubing, Valves and Instruments.
Installs and tests Pipe, Fittings, Tubing, Valves and Instruments according to P&ID’S Instrument location
drawings, Installation details, Vendor’s data and specifications.
General knowledge of the ISA Standards, Basic understandings and knowledge of the functional purpose of
various components of an Instrument loop such as Transmitters, I/P converters, orifice plate flow nozzles,
level Indicators etc.
Having thorough knowledge of the various sizes and grades of standard materials employed in an Instrument
control loop or to connect an Instrument to a process such as Fittings, Tubing, Valves, Tee’s, Tray etc.
Demonstrate the ability to use and care properly tools and equipments commonly used on an Industrial project
such as Threading machines and band saws.
Demonstrate a proficiency in measuring, cutting, threading, bending and installing.
Knowledge of Rules and Standards of the Company.
