Analyzing on market stature
Approving Shipment terms, Payment terms…etc related to Buying/Purchasing... instructions before order confirmation.
Reviewing Prices, Cost, Margin based on quality of materiel / brands,
Placing orders as per essential goods based providing monthly and daily sales reports…in addition responsibilities
Looking towards upcoming shipments from supplier, corresponding with supplier & forwarder/Shipping lines, until goods arrives in warehouse, all external & internal correspondence based on status.
Planning for sale, promotions for Valued Retail Showrooms as well Wholesale built up on old /non- moving products and new stocks
Maintaining database of department on time, reviewing Stock Transfer, Adjustments....etc
Maintaining yearly budgets of department & brands, current stock, best seller’s products & many more
Worked as Data Entry and Marketing Co-ordinator for FMCG & Perfumery products
All internal and external correspondence for Sales Execative on there own analyzing of their own consumer
Providing sales report as per supplier and Brand Manager request
Getting knowlaged to imporve sales and my presentation/reports.
During the begining employe of UTC worked as Data Entry as well as providing sales report to Managers as per there dept. and being getting knowlaged in sales to improve myself....
