● Review monthly progress report submissions to Engineer ● Review daily and monthly reports to Engineer ● Review interim payment applications to Engineer including quantity survey ● Follow-up and update the progress in P6 ● Preparation, revision and monitoring project budget, estimation at completion and cash flow, track changes in plans or constructions; update budgets ● Review and coordination of all engineering design submittals, as well as following up site supervision, design conflicts and variation orders for Employer ● Plan and maintain project budgets and schedule planning activities with team and managers ● Take part in project and risk management reviews ● Review the contractor’s List of Deliverables (Submittal of Drawings, design and Materials) as well as ensures the compliance with the contract and project requirements ● Coordinate with external claim consultant for the submission of claims ● Estimate the quantity and costs of materials ● Set budgets for payments and materials, analyze costs for additional works ● Review technical submissions and design layouts as well as material submittals ● Review Contractor’s proposed sub-contractor(s) associated with the various engineering packages

● Preparation and submission of weekly progress report and monthly progress

● Collect and review all available data about the project and review of the
master plans, identifying the data collection needs and execute surveys
● Prepare action plans for future phases of the project considering the
requirement and constraints
● Preparation of the tender documents (BoQ, specifications, drawings) and
technical assistance during the tendering stage
● Preparation of the Consultant’s monthly progress reports and payment
applications and submission to the Client
● Review the documents submitted by the Contractor i.e. shop drawings,
method statements, materials, schedules etc
● Review the Contractor’s payment application and submission to the Client
● Contract management and writing letters to the Client and the Contractor in
line with the project requirements
● Review the Contractor’s claim documents (Extension of Time) and assistance
to the Client
● Construction supervision and carry out the inspections
● Organize the fortnightly construction progress meetings with participation of
the Client and the Contractor, issue the minutes of the meeting
● Secure quality assurance and control processes. Ensure quality construction
standards
● Ensure strict conformance of the Contractor to the safety procedures
● Monitoring the impact of the environmental factors to the natural assets and
marine creatures
● Manage the taking-over process at the completion of any sub-project

The airport capacity is planned to reach 25 million passengers per year after the
new terminal building is taken into operation. The new terminal building is the
main element in the expansion plan of Kuwait International Airport. The terminal
building package also includes the construction of a central power supply building,
water tank building, security building, infrastructure tunnel and electricity
substations.

marine structure elements production (mostly quay wall block and Accropode
II), quay wall and breakwater construction, steel tubular and bored piling, pier
construction, dredging, reclamation, soil improvement, pontoon installation,
quay furniture installation, jib crane erection, rail installation, ship lift and
transfer system foundation.
