Main Project activities:
• Executing 27 Deep Shafts Using Diaphragm walls & Sinking walls and Secant pile Methods with depths range between 20 to 60 m deep.
• 9.7 km of Tunneling Line using Thrust boring machine with an inner dia. of 3500mm Jacking Pipes connecting AN-Naqqa Area and other adjacent lines to Wadi Ar-Rumah.
• The execution of three Collection water Ponds stone lined, with an approximate area of 500, 000 sq. m.
• The Execution of three water pumping station
Two of them including water collection tanks with depths of 10-14m using shoring soldier piles system ensuring 24hr of dewatering & Lifting water Stations including high Pump’s Head of 30m with a flow rate of more than 2000 L/s.
The Third is executed using excavation inside a temporary diaphragm walls and then executing the permanent structure using the slip form system (7000 m3 in almost 14 days continues concrete pouring)
Duties:
• Revising the Project’s standards and specs to provide accurate material selection for all civil/structural/architectural material, reviewing and preparing for submittal to client for approval.
• Preparing activities M.O.S. for approval and following up to be used in site execution.
• Daily surveillance in site activities to avoid any violation and following up ongoing violation reformations.
• Construction team support with any needed training/Clarification with materials, methods of statement and the necessary precautions to avoid violations during construction process.
• (Work Commencement Notice (WCN), Inspection Request (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Concrete Pouring Request (CPR), Internal Non-conformance Reports (NCR).
• Preparing material test schedule for the project material and following up the tests are carried out according to the scheduled plan.
• Preparing a monthly inspection - testing report showing actual work progress which help construction team to improve the productivity.
Project : MIVIDA Housing project (1.1 Billion Egyptian pounds)

Main Project activities:
• Executing of 164 Double story Villa with different areas (90 to 400) sq. m.
• Executing of site infrastructure.
Duties:
• Follow up project team, subcontractors for site activities to ensure that the work is going according to scheduled project plan within allowable limits.
• Following up Various Concrete works for the villa’s skeleton.
• Arranging all required material, Equipment and manpower requests which required to finalize the work in time.
• Following up consultant, client requirements and taking his satisfaction a necessary within allowable project cost.
Project : Armed Forces Housing project. (1.2 Billion SAR)
Owner : MOD
Consultant : MOD.
Main Project activities:
• Five Story 87 housing building (Turn Key)
• Mosque and market (Turn Key).
• Water treatment Plan.
Duties:
• Construction Manager for all Architectural Finishing works in the Housing buildings including:
Waterproofing, protection and epoxy works.
Extremal & internal plastering and painting.
Ceramic & Porcelain wall and flooring. Granite & Marble cladding. Ceiling.
Door & window installation, painting and hardware installation.
Electrical, Sanitary finishing Fixtures.
All needed activities to handover the project.
• Arranging all finishing work activities to be sequentially done through all building in parallel time without any conflict with other work activities.
• Preparing material, equipment plans and requests for the finishing work to make the work going smoothly.
• Direct Managing, following up of all subcontractor’s progress and work quality.
• Preparing weekly progress report including required material and equipment.
• Reviewing invoices for the subcontractors.
Project : King Abdullah Bin Abdul-Aziz Project for development security facilities Phase1 (KAP-1), (7.5 Billion SAR).
Owner : Ministry of Interior (MOI).

Main Project activities:
• 305 security buildings various prototypes Kingdom wide, 27 of them are in the Eastern Area.
Duties:
• Direct Managing two sites (civil defense squads No.95 & 220) until handing over in one day.
Team leading & site activities / material / work quality following up, and insuring that the work is going according to specifications, conformance to specifications and IFC Drawing within allowable limits.
Preparing, following up project material, Equipment, workmanship requests.
Monitoring all work disciplines are going in sequence without any interference.
Preparing needed documents (Work Commencement Notice (WCN), Inspection Request (IR), Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Concrete Pouring Request (CPR) for all civil, architectural activities.
Following up all subcontractor’s progress and invoicing if needed.
• Managing of Eastern Area-2 sites (13 site) reporting to Area Construction manager.
Daily basis sites surveillance.
Weekly reporting to project area management.
Monitoring of project progress versus scheduled plan.
Holding meetings and discussion about the problems and requirements of the sites
Problem solving and escalation only for top management decision needed ones.
• Managing of all eastern area snag list closer.

Routine surveillance to sites to confirm the construction wise items and ongoing progress for the snags closing.
Project : Najran University Project (Phase 1)
Owner : Ministry of High Education (Najran University)
Consultant : RADAHAT Engineering Consulting Office.
Project: Najran University:
• Site Engineer of the computer science project for 3 Month (150 Million SAR).
Responsible for all structural work in site (Frame & steel work for: hollow core slap & double T slap systems beams & columns, precast facades)
• Site Engineer of the Stadium project for 6 Months (80 Million SAR).
Responsible for all civil works in site (Frame Girder systems, steel shades, landscape, precast facades).
• Site Engineer at the Male medical science college for one Year (150 Million SAR).
Responsible for all architect works in site like not all: gypsum and cement walls, plaster, ceramics, porcelain, marble, granite, paints, metal & wooden doors, certain walls, precast facades, handrails, roof proofing, cladding, all kind of false ceiling, swimming pools, water gets.
• Site Engineer of the Female College of Education project for six Months (150 Million SAR).
Joined the project from excavation until finishing 2 floors (30.000 m3 of 33.000 m3) concrete was poured during my duty in the project; Arranging between different branches of work ( Electrical, mechanical, civil, architect ) was one of the important point that leaded the project to succeed and achieve the company goals in this project comparing to the same project in other companies; I was able to finish my duets and company goals in best time with allowable tolerance, more than 300 Labor with different professions was under my constructions in this project.
