 Ensure timely removal of sewage and waste
 To continuously monitor the washers/driers, water pumps and dish antennas and inform Management of any irregularities
 To supervise cleaning work performed by the outsourced cleaning company, i.e. window cleaning, kitchen cleaning, general room cleaning, recreation room cleaning, TV room and staircase cleaning and report any irregularities
 To report the needs of the cooking gas and drinking water
 Room checking and inspection, reporting maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance team
 Handling and follow up of maintenance complaints
Compliance:
 Handle all the disciplinary matters at camps in coordination with relevant HR Business Partner (HRBP), Employee Relations team and Group Housing team
 Ensure that camp rules are being adhered to by the residents and report any violations to concerned stakeholders
 To liaise with the watchmen and security guards in monitoring the visitor register and visiting hours
 To understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the accommodation’s policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health & Safety.
 To ensure that all potential and real hazards are reported and rectified immediately.
 Ensure the overall safety and security of staff
 Address and ensure effective handling of issues related to food, catering staff behaviour, service and general cleanliness
 Ensure that staff follow company guidelines for accommodation and assist in day-to-day camp operations
 Supervise Security Staff
 Performs any other duties as assigned to him/her by management.
Communication:
 Be the first point of contact for any complains/suggestions and escalate the matters appropriately to concerned stakeholders
