• EMT Conduit rolling machine setter.
• Ensure quality of EMT conduit pipes as per SASO standard.
• Troubleshooting of flexible conduit machines and maintain diameter.
• Troubleshooting of machine and part related problems.
• Inventory control of raw materials and finished goods.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY:-
• Operate CNC and VMC machines of Fanuc and Hass control.
• Set up of new part as per drawing.
• Set up all tools as per program and take all offset.
• Insure first part approval from quality department and start production.
• Manage all manpower and insure all machines are running as per production plan.
• Coordinates with senior for next set up on machine and provide raw materials on machines
