- Advised on legal formation and accounting treatment to Power Holding (Pvt) Limited, a Company working under Ministry of Water and Power and Ministry of Finance, to the tune of Rs. 216 billion;
- Adviser for Gulf, India and Pakistan to Interlink Power Systems (IPS), an Australia based multinational company providing international energy services;
- Advising Kemya FZE, a UAE based Company, on business strategy culminating in the proposed development of a Pharma Manufacturing facility in Pakistan worth US$ 12 Million;
- Advising to Orbit Group Pakistan on LNG, Power and Transport business;
- Formation and financial consultancy for Value TV, a satellite TV Channel;
- Advised Progressive Motels and resort on a project with Prime Minister Housing Foundation with success;
- Advised Great Bear International Services (Diallog), a Middle Eastern telecom Company, on financial turnaround of their operations in Pakistan;
- Advised Alpha Chemicals Limited, a Pharmaceutical Company with a worth of Rs.650 million, on Strategic equity divestment.

- Established a Strategic Planning department in Worldcall/FCSC group implementing group budgets and company wise business planning along with feedback loop. The department also had the responsibility of consolidating Group Accounts;
- Conducted merger transaction of all telecom companies of Worldcall Telecom Group;
- Implemented Oracle Financials in Kohinoor Genertek Limited, the first company to implement ERP in power sector;
- Implemented Internal Control procedures from scratch for newly established companies including telecom and media;
- Headed the finance departments of telecom, media and power sectors including finance, treasury, accounting, purchasing, billing and inventory management functions.
