Ensure presence during field trainings and educate/support field staff on IT basic functions.
Verifying the server status during field activity and communicating field staff well on time.
Helping the area coordinators using DCSS features.
Ensure field staff is well aware with use of CAPI App, data uploading,
validation, Bluetooth sync; running app updates on devices are essentials of the discipline.
Facilitate device related issues at the field level as travel to field areas where required is
mandatory.
Coordinate with MIS Expert for any additional support required.
Accurate / in time response to field teams.
Daily activity including data uploading of all the activities of active teams of concern region
without any interruption.
Educate and facilitate all the teams on issues raised from the field properly and timely.
Extent facilitation to all teams on all technical issues. Strong and timely coordination with all
teams if any technical changes observed in NSER application/ project.
Ensure to maintain logs and reports of technical issues regularly to keep CMU informed via
regular reporting.
Update and inform CMU (Central Management Unit) of any issue arising in field and if
resolution is required from CMU or NSER.
Ensure timely activation and deactivation of devices as per staff hiring and firing status.
Regular physical verification of IT equipment and their status if any.
