Ltd. will renovate and maintain parks and it will be free for public. Developed liaisons with the CDA departments like Sports and Culture, Environment, Building Control and DMA to get the approval in a timely manner by following legal SOPs.
-Headed a renovation work of F-8 /1 Multipurpose Sports Facility and overlooked a construction of Multipurpose Sports Ground in G-6/G-5 under CSRP with a total budget of PKR 40 million.
-Prepared group website - spars.com.pk - shortlisted a company, negotiated the price and delivery time, wrote the content for the website according to the desired design.
-Write letters to head of national and international companies and Pakistan government offices in a specific manner and also specializes in scripting minutes of meeting.
-Worked as a team member in planning the brochure of Sukh Chayn Valley - idea, content & creativity
Responsible for procurement of small and movable assets like Motor Vehicle, Laptops, Mobile Phones, Stationary and day to day items.
-Registered Sukh Chayn Valley for EOBI and Social Security by following set SOPs.
Formulated Job Descriptions of all positions, made essential letters for example; Organogram, Staff Categories, Reporting Structure, Vehicle Policy along with Vehicle Accident Report Form, Leave Application Form, short leave Form, Exit Clearance Form, Employment Letter, Interview Evaluation Form and Exit Interview Form for Sukh Chayn Valley Pvt. Ltd.
-Manage Payroll, Attendance and entire data of all employees in “BriskPayroll” software and manually
-Responsible for recruitment by posting ads, shortlisting and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary and offering an employment letter and also lay off individuals in a smooth way

Marketing and Communication is a very diverse department. It includes a lot of duties including promotions, marketing, sales and even event management.
Initially I worked on an event, where Serena Hotels celebrated a new world record set by siblings by climbing 7 summits in 7 continents. I coordinated with embassies, media houses and other VIPs and invited them for the event. I worked on event planning and decor of an event where I was in direct contact with vendors, engineering department and other management team. I handled the media desk during the event.
Worked on the promotional material, made taglines for different event promotions like Eid which were advertised around the glob.
Managed the promotional inventory in the country which has 5 units including Islamabad, Faisalabad, Quetta, Swat and Gilgit Baltistan.
Handled the facebook page of Serena Hotels; kept the facebook page busy and also answered queries of customers.

Studied different agreements like between Uch Power Ltd and Uch-II on shared facilities to obtain economies of scale, between UPL and corporate banks to handle working capital running finance.
Worked comprehensively on excel and learned many new functions.
