• Perform “Hold”, “Witness” and “Surveillance” inspections and tests at manufacturing facilities or construction sites to ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco requirements and project specifications.
• Inspect material and equipment as applicable to ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco requirements for proper handling, storage, and protection at Saudi Aramco facilities and construction sites.
• Monitor Contractor's Quality Systems, records, and Quality Personnel for compliance with requirements.
• Review and evaluate Contractor's Quality document submittals.
• Witness on-site and off-site material and installation tests for compliance with Saudi Aramco standards.
• Record legibly and accurately all controversial and non-complying construction practices, materials, and equipment.
• Write inspection reports and initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
1. ASSIST QC INSPECTOR IN PERFORMING ARAMCO SUPPLIED MATERIAL RECEIVING INSPECTION FOR ELECTRICAL ITEMS FOR AFK AND STM WELLS
2. ASSIST QC INSPECTOR IN PERFORMING MATERIALS STORAGE AND PRESERVATION INSPECTION FOR E & I MATERIALS FOR SAOMPP NA1 AREA.
3. ASSIST QC INSPECTOR IN PERFORMING STAGE WISE INSPECTION (CABLE PULLING, TERMINATION, HI POT TEST, GROUNDING ETC) FOR ELECTRICAL ACTIVITIES FOR AFK WELLS.
4. ASSIST QC INSPECTOR IN PERFORMING REVIEW OF IFC DRAWING & DOCUMENTS.
5. ASSIST QC INSPECTOR IN WITNESSING OF ALL TESTS AS PER RELEVANT CODE AND STANDARDS.
6. ASSIST QC INSPECTOR IN TIMELY SUBMISSIONS OF COMPLETED RFI
