Acting as the Marketing Executive at KGC, My responsibilities included PR management, brand building and awareness. The added responsibilities were stockholder meetings and investor relations and well as relationship building with fellow companies for informative and well timed decisions.
Along with maintaining brand image among clients from all backgrounds, the company was the labelled as 'hot feet' in the Real estate market due to quick rise in projects and dealings.
The first official project took off in the the 8th month of 2021, within the 2nd month of launch.
Successfully branching towards construction after 2 completed real estate projects, we were able to launch our first construction project with private funding, consisting of 48 villas, which was sold out in the first 55 days, then further traded on in the open market.
Coupled with the intensive daily in and out transactions from clients and new investors, my responsibilities branched out towards bookkeeping and financial management as well. During this tenure, the company was labelled 'hot feet' due to the overhype in the market.
Taking full advantage of timing and scenario i successfully added 8 new investors onto the shareholders board. Growing into a digital agency providing added services to smaller businesses.
Retaining those investors we successfully managed and accomplished 4 new projects in the next two years, branching towards industrial and franchising sectors applying power marketing, as well as digital marketing tools backed with referral strength.
The brand building grew around how well satisfied our investors were with the turnovers and accomplishments.
By the july of 2023, The company was standing at a staggering annual turnover of 113 Million PKR ($410, 000) (ROI - 135%) 3 months before the CEO decided to dissolve the company due to personal reasons and life choices.
