Responsible to perform different domains like Active directory, Microsoft Exchange, Threat Management Gateway, Elastix (Linux Platform) & Centralized AV (Kaspersky) also deployed & configured ITIL Compliance (ManageEngine). I’ve involve in Operations & Management from account creation to problem determination. I’m Analyze problems, evaluate technical issues, test, maintain, modify, integrate, monitor and ensure to automate News software (ENPS) systems and Networks. My Duties include working with Network Operations team on IT projects which primarily include client & server. I’m also maintaining my department and organization goals in a worthwhile manner & respond to network outage and service alerts. Gather existing and proposed infrastructure and verify vulnerability for information systems.
Continuously drives for excellence and succeed in the work field, which I believe is a key requirement that makes me an eligible candidate for any position. I have earned experience in the professional world, and I have developed personal skills that can allow me to work with anyone. I am a dedicated and hardworking professional hoping to gain experience in the work field before graduating from college. I am extremely organized, dependable and punctual.
