JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reporting to Senior Engineer, created a project plan for each site, attending internal and external audits.
• Coordinated with the vendor and consultants, task assignments and monitoring the progress.
• Task assignments and monitoring the progress, preparing data sheets of material procurements.
• Assigned tasks for team members and monitoring the progress.
• Supervised the workforce in installation, commissioning & calibration of Field and Lab instruments and activities like cable laying, termination and panel installation for various instruments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinated with the vendor and consultants, erection of field instruments and junction boxes as per drawings, involved in testing, Maintenance and calibration of field instruments.
• Loop checking, cable laying, panel installation for various instruments.
• Responsible for Preventive, corrective and shutdown maintenance activities.
• Involved in preparation of schedules for instrumentation works as per ISO standards.
• Manpower mobilizing, Material Planning & its flow control and attending safety meetings.
• Maintaining the records of instruments installation, commissioning, testing and calibration activities.
• Monitoring instrument control panel and taking necessary action upon generated status reports of Controllers and Recorders.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reporting to Supervisor, installation and commissioning of Variable frequency drives, flow meters, Pressure transmitters, level Transmitters, & conductivity transmitters, PID controllers, Digital Controllers, thickness Controllers, recorders & conductivity transmitters, motor operated valves.
• Experience on AC drives (Siemens, L&T), Flow, Level, Pressure Transmitters, Pressure gauges, encoders(500 to 5000ppr), counters, timers, weighing system load cells(S & Compressed type), Indicators such as Rpm, Temperature & Level, sensors, Control valves with valve position controller.
• Involved in testing, installation, commissioning, and calibration, service support of field & lab instruments at client sites
ENGINEERING SKILLS • Installation, calibration and loop checking of the field instruments (Emerson Rosemount, Endress & Hauser, Honeywell), experienced in the field instruments and control systems procurement activities. • Designing, Implementing and commissioning of new control loops as per site requirements, maintenance and calibration of the control valves (Pneumatic & Part turn). • Completed a research based final year thesis project, namely, Motion Planning and Control of Skid-Steered Mobile Robot with the engineers of Karachi Institute of Nuclear Power Plant, KINPOE, KANUPP. • Expertise in engineering design, control and programming skills software, namely, Proteus 8.1, NI Multisim, LD-microV2.2, AutoCAD 2013, LabVIEW 2011, Mat Lab 2013, C++, Java, Atmel Studio 6.2. • Over five years of experience in Office Automation (MS Office 2013), Information Systems, Project Management and Strong background in working with people as a team. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, excellent problem solver, and strong team player. • High-energy self -starter with the ability to develop and maintain an efficient highly productive work force. • Have a strong track record of technical exposure and deliverables on diverse planning and implementation.
