• Rollout performance management system at ACK working in collaboration with all departments in a fast-paced environment. Implement the design and administrative aspects of the performance evaluation process within MenaITech.
• Resolve non-routine problems in a thorough and timely manner; using discretion and know methods to resolve issues and complete tasks at hand. Required to analyze and interpret situations, and selection of best approaches based on precedence.
• Facilitate improved communication and diplomacy to maintain a positive relationship to process and resolve employee issues. Escalate employee issues to the next level as needed.
• Design, implement and maintain HRIS systems pertaining to employee relations functions.
• Maintain MenaITech by ensuring a high degree of accuracy in processing all employee transactions included but not limited to employment position changes, grading, new joiners and leavers.
• Develop and maintain organizational charts of all departments and division at the college.
• Investigate violations according to college's table of penalties and issue disciplinary document accordingly.
• Reporting employee probation status and collecting feedback from line manager from probation assessment.
• Undertake special projects at management and administrative level to meet the objectives of the unit.
• Drafting and administering process flow charts to develop a clear operational structure for policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with external business entities, to obtain training facilities required for employee skills enrichment. Trainings required are identified through needs analysis and building capabilities to support development and nurture of talent.
• Provide input into the strategy of the department by capturing and channeling feedback and providing innovative ideas and suggestions based on the best practices for HR standards.
• Support employee departure process, including providing information to departing employees and assisting in exit interviews.
