• Supervising MEP works at all the Projects using the relevant site teams (14 Engineers,
9 supervisors, 16 team leaders).
• Cooperating with the Construction and Engineering Manager for the on-time and on-budget completion of the Projects (360 Million U.S.D)
• Reviewing the Contractor’s Progress Reports and prepare reports for the Project Controls Department.
• Being proactive on supporting Contractors and Reviewing their shop drawings and progress.
• Cooperating with the Engineering department for discussing design changes in construction in order to provide technical solutions.
• Testing & commissioning management.
• Preparing Contractors Scope of works
• Assisting the Engineering Department on the developing Processes and Procedures and Standards for MEP works
• Training team and other engineers (through On Job Training) and transfer knowledge.
• Cooperating and coordinating with the other disciplines for securing the integration of working activities.
• Pre-Construction Activities:
• Provide specific technical reports on request.
• Having the experience to review and advise on cost estimation of works and materials
• Ensure that tenders received from bidders are in accordance with required specification and assists in the development of the company’s bidding / supply chain.
• Attend site visits during the tender process.
• Approving contractors shop drawings.
• Approving and following up project schedules.
• Study projects contracts, terms and conditions.
• Reviewing and approving projects submittals.
• Supervision of the electro-mechanical Installation
for ground and elevated tanks, pumps room and
their administration buildings.
• Managing of all electrical infrastructure works.
• Supervising of the electro-mechanical Installation for elevated tanks
• Executing of the electrical installation for roads, bridges & review layout designs.
• Studying project contracts, terms and condition.
• Studying project shop drawing.
• Perform Fault repairing
• Preparing maintenance reports for each machine.
• Perform Preventive maintenance of pharmaceutical machines
• Supervising MEP works at all the Projects using the relevant site teams.
• Participating in agreement negotiation
• Building trust and influence stakeholders to accomplish project objectives
• Managing suppliers/contracts
• Communicate resource requirements
• Supervising of the electro-mechanical Installation for waste water lifting pumping.
• Supervising of villas electrical works.
• Performing Installation, Operation and maintenance of water wells Control panel
& booster water pumping.
• Performing Operation & maintenance of Irrigation control system.
• Fault repair and maintenance of microwave networks.
• Operation of electric generators.
