Habib Metropolitan Bank was assigned to me in Multan and DG Khan Region. This region has seven branches with team of seven Banca Sales Consultants.

I deal the following products:
i. Asan Bachat Plan (for saving) ii. Wedding/Education plan (for children)

Responsibilities:
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, motivating and performance monitoring of Banca sales Consultants.
Conduct training and meetings with team members and higher management twice a month.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
To maintain relations with the partner’s team and coach them to sell banc assurance products. Resolve product queries and sales related queries.
To provide a One-stop Sales & Service support to partner bank employees and their hierarchy.
For example Sending them life insurance plan on immediate basis according to the customer need.
To identify the execution gaps in selling banc assurance through the partner teams and work with the sales hierarchy to ensure filling of the gaps for a more efficient & effective sales execution.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Assistant Admin Officer في British Council

I deal in following products:
General Certificate of Education (GCE), O Level & A Level (Cambridge & Edexcel)
To build a strong relationship with schools affiliated with Cambridge and Edexcel across Multan region. There are 33 Schools on board and 08 schools are in pipeline.
To implement national marketing plan for getting different school on board.
To develop and execute the action plan of examination.
To facilitate candidates and schools for the exam registration.
To ensure smooth conduct of examination session according to the board guidelines.
To recruit and train invigilators for exam conduct.
ACCA Paper base and Computer based exam
To facilitate the computer based exam centre for updating their computer Labs for exam.
To install exam software onto the computers and upgrade it with the board instructions.
To ensure smooth conduct of exam.
IELTS Test
To build strong relationship with IELTS test preparation institutes, consultants, agents.
To monitor IELTS Marketing Consultant performance and provide support and guidance.
To make customer feel, the British Council at their door step and filling the gap created due to back office operation.
To resolve the customer queries before and after the IELTS test.
To update the institutes about important deadlines and new online registration system.
Financial Aspect
To process invigilators’ payment.
To create vendor onto FABS (SAP format, the online payment system)
To process payments of different vendors.
To manage petty cash.

To execute the business plan for the potential accounts across the branches given to me.
Plan and carryout marketing activities in the region for banc assurance products.
To provide and maintain on an ongoing basis a daily sales report, figures and forecasting etc. required by banc assurance sales manager.
Understanding the need of customer and provide the appropriate plan.
To ensure that customer documents are complete and incompliance with the bank requirements.
To help coordinators to resolve discrepancies associated to customer documentation.
To meet 3 prospective clients per day.
Attending product training to be up to date to the market development.
After Sales Responsibilities:
I stay in touch with customer even after the deal was closed.
Call the customer in a while to exchange pleasantries.
Never ignore their cause.
Give them necessary support, like sending the files and papers of the closed deals to their corresponding address .
Remind and request the customers to pay the annual premium on regular basis.
