- Reflects the right image of VFE Customer Care while receiving porting-in requests from retail, High Value sales team and Trade Key Accounts and act on them.
- Communicating effectively with all departments of the Vodafone business that he/she will need to engage to deliver on operational or project implementations
- Realizing the importance of maintaining the Service Level of service requests generated by Central data base for porting-out customers, which will save VF from paying unnecessary penalties, and save its image.
- Have all the off board capabilities and knowledge to enable him/her executing all urgent required actions, which may be required by customer within the retention call.
- Have all the risk management sense and capabilities (billing knowledge - billed and unbilled calculations ...etc.) to enable him/her to calculate amounts that should be paid by ported-out customers without mistakes that will add bad debts to VF
