• MasterCard MCHIP Issuance
Project Description: ADIB has decided to launch additional fleet of MasterCard Covered cards to enhance their product range and provide an alternative payment scheme for their customers.
✓ Involved in complete project life cycle development, Testing, and Go live.
✓ Provide Business Case for UAT testing.
✓ Define MasterCard products, and setup the Product Parameters.
✓ Define MasterCard Product Gls, and Mapping them in the Card management system.
• Etisalat Co-Branded Covered Cards
Project Description: Etisalat with their 'MORE' reward point system have agreed to co-brand with ADIB on their Classic, Gold and Platinum cards. These cards will provide customer with lucrative features and Etisalat related benefits. Every transaction will count into Etisalat 'MORE' points which can be redeemed as more talk time or SMS.
✓ Involve in initial Business/technical requirement gathering to understand the enrolment and billing process.
✓ Work with the onsite engineer to develop the packages as per business requirements.
✓ Perform the Full Development & UAT testing for the Go live.
✓ Define Etisalat products, and setup the Product Parameters.
✓ Define Etisalat Product Gls, and Mapping them in the Card management system.
✓ Create ADIB Etisalat Card Reward Profiles.
• ADIB Egypt MasterCard Issuance
Project Description: ADIB has decided to launch MasterCard Covered in Egypt using the same system used in ADIB UAE with different institution.
✓ Involved in complete project life cycle development, Testing, and Go live.
✓ Provide Business Case for UAT testing.
✓ Define MasterCard products, and setup the Product Parameters.
✓ Define MasterCard Product Gls, and Mapping them in the Card management system.
✓ Provide a comprehensive training on system functionality in Egypt for ADIB Egypt card center staff.
✓ Support Egypt Card Center for any Product parameter change.
✓ Developed a new statement layout as per Egypt Card center requirement, and it went to production successfully.
• Etihad Guest Co-Branded Covered Cards
Project Description: Etihad Guest with their 'Miles' reward point system have agreed to co-brand with ADIB on their Classic, Gold and Platinum cards. These cards will provide customer with lucrative features and benefits, Every transaction will count into Etihad Guest Miles and credited to Customer Etihad Guest Account.
✓ Involve in initial Business/technical requirement gathering to understand the full process of files exchange.
✓ Work with the onsite engineer to develop the packages as per business requirements.
✓ Perform the Full Development & UAT testing for the Go live.
✓ Define Etihad Guest products, and setup the Product Parameters.

• EMV Project / Re-carding project
Project Description: ADIB decides to start issue Debit & covered card with the secured concept, Chip/PIN, additionally all Mag-strip Card to be Migrated to EMV Cards.
✓ Involve in initial Business/technical requirement gathering
✓ Perform the Development & UAT testing of EMV Cards.
✓ Setup the EMV Parameters/Scripts in the system.
✓ Plan and filter the cards need to be re-carded.
✓ Test the new added on functionality to migrate Mag-strip covered cards to EMV Cards, without disturbing the customers, by blocking the card in hand.
✓ Emboss a personalized card to get VISA / MasterCard approval on the card design.
• Prepaid Cards Project
Project Description: ADIB decides to start issue a Prepaid Cards, which have two products (Darhoom, and Payroll)
✓ Involve in initial Business/technical requirement gathering
✓ Perform the Development & UAT
✓ Setup the Product, Parameters, and GL entries in the Card management system.
✓ Found a solution for the ONUS ATM Trxns (though DHI) GL entry.
• Priority Pass Cards
Project Description: ADIB decides to start issue a priority pass cards along with certain ADIB covered/debit Cards.
✓ Save a cost of buying a new application for priority pass card issuance by generating an embossing file though PLSQL Query.
✓ Emboss a sample of priority pass and sent to London for certification.
• Cash Back Cards
Project Description: Currently CMS system is calculating and post the cash back value per Trxns, which cost the bank a waste of papers.
✓ Modifying the Statement layout, by Hiding all the cash back Trxns and to show only one accumulated cash back value posted on the statement Date.
✓ Save the cost of the enhancement, and save the cost of the extra pages which was printed due to the cash back Trxns.
Responsibilities / Duties
✓ Provide Business/Technical requirements for Project Development Plan with the Card system vendor and ITD.
✓ Provide effective and efficient services to UAE/EGYPT Card Centre for their day to day business requirement, issues & enhancements.
✓ Co-ordinate with card system vendor for system related problems, enhancements and follow up till resolved.
✓ Carry out Developments / UAT testing for bug fixes, enhancements, and Projects released by the vendor.
✓ Carrying out Cards MIS needed by Card Center Staff & Management.
✓ Developing adhoc reports for management, Visa, MasterCard & Card Centre.
✓ Reviewing system processes from time to time to ensure optimum functionality.
✓ Co-ordinate with ITD, Vendor and Visa/MasterCard for upgrades.
✓ Develop/Retune Rules on Fraud Guard System based on the fraud unit requirements.
