تنمية المهارات الوظيفية للدارس وكذلك القدرات الفكرية والابداعية. القدرة على تحليل نقاط القوة والضعف للمنظمة وتكوين رؤية استراتيجية للفرد والمنظمة. القدرة على تقديم الابحات العلمية والاستبانات العملية والتقارير والعمل ضمن الفريق. تنمية القدرات على قياس مؤشرات السوق وتحليل الموقف المالى لاى كيان اقتصادى. القدرة على استخدام الوسائل الحديثة فى التجارة الالكترونية والتسويق الالكترونى. اكتساب الطالب للمهارات العلمية والفنية والمنهجية المناسبة لتحليل ودراسة المنظمات المختلفة. إعداد دراسات الجدوى لكل أنواع المشروعات الأمر الذي يؤدي في النهاية إلى إقامة مشروعات استثمارية ناجحة. تزويد الطالب بالمعارف في موضوعات إدارة محافظ الاستثمار في الأصول (الثابتة والمتداولة) وعمليات التأجير والاندماج وقرارات تكوين هيكل رأس المال، مع إيضاح مفهوم وأهداف الهندسة المالية وإعادة الهيكلة. تزويد الدارسين بالأسس العلمية المرتبطة بإدارة الأعمال الدولية مثل المنظمات متعددة الجنسيات وخصائصها ، و كذلك مشاكل العنصر البشرى بها والقوانين والتشريعات الدولية المؤثرة على عمل مثل هذه المنظمات. الالمام بالأساليب العلمية للتحليل الكمى للبيانات الخاصة بأنشطة الأعمال والوصول الى استنتاج المعلومات المتعلقة بعملية اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية. اكتساب مهارات استخدام المعلومات والأساليب الالكترونية في مجال التسويق وكيفية تطبيقها وتطوير نظام لإدارة العلاقات مع العملاء وآليات المنافسة في السوق العالمي وحصر الاستراتيجيات التسويقية ووصف مكونات السوق المصري.
