Acted as operations manager of the largest shopping centre in the Red Sea region with an area of almost 250, 000 m2. The Mall accommodates Spinney's Hypermarket, stores, restaurants, food court, entertainment activities and 6 cinema screens with 1000 seats. As such, role included:
▪Ensuring the optimum implementation of a set daily and periodic maintenance routine program
▪Working within the budget for Operations & Facility department and implementing tangible energy saving plan.
▪Implementing a daily performance report to the GM including the ongoing projects, action plan and the scheduled maintenance work taking place in the premises.
▪Managing periodical inventory checks and controls on warehouse and workshop for tools and materials and to ensure prompt replenishment
▪Maintaining a staff performance evaluation report for the operation and maintenance team and develops a technical training program to maximize staff efficiency and time management
▪Establishing an "Industrial Safety & Fire Fighting Committee" and conducting condensed training program for all members
▪Participating in the planning and operation of any marketing and promotion activities
▪Preparing a five year plan for asset management
