*Participating and helping top management in establishing wholesale cash and carry concept for MENA region.
*Dealing with the supplier for equipment for fresh food and helping in implementing the same in a proper way.
*Participating in planogram and layout of the store with respect to determining which section would be where and which stock would be displayed where
*Helping the it, in fixing the POS equipment for the fresh food and also the cash line and overseeing the working of it before the store opening.
*Dealing with the marketing in fixing the right customers for our kind of business and helping them getting cards which is their access door to the store.
*Leading the canvasing team in finding the right government organisations to deal with.
*Visiting Horekas and Bakalas for presenting them about the concept and also bringing in their participation into the store for lifetime.
*Visiting Bakalas and Horekas to present our import range and promotion items and give them an attractive price for them to buy the stock from us.
*Helping with the staff training and development of the staff, teaching them about the concept and helping them with the merchandising of the stock.
*Helping the buyers to determine what range is missing and how important it is to increase the sales of the store.
*Helping in to set up or standardise the basic rules and regulations for the store.
*Helping the buyers with the information as to what stock would move more in case of seasonal product (Ramadan items).
*Helping the HR in getting the right candidates for the right job, having a good knowledge of the market.
Handling and overseeing all the day-to-day processes that are carried out in the store. Product inventory, salespersons, goods for display, sales, team, etc.
Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits
Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning Using information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning;
Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development to ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
Resolving health and safety, legal and security issues
Responding to customer complaints and comments
Promoting the organization locally by liaising with local, newspapers and the community in general
Organizing special promotions, displays and events
Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues
Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues
Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing
Initiating changes to improve the business, e.g. revising opening hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market
Dealing with sales, as and when required
• Handling and all the day-to-day processes that are carried out in the store. Opening and closing store, product inventory, salespersons, goods for display, sales, team, etc.
• Act as officer in charge whenever the presence of the Manager is not available.
• Communicate with the manager regarding the sales, employees and other important matters.
• Assist the customer with their demands, suggestions and complaints.
• Disseminate tasks and orders to employees
• Develops products for the various tourist destinations within the meddle east countries.
• Applies sales and marketing skills to be able to acquire clients for various destinations in order to promote and generate more sales.
• Arranges for transfers and travel plans for the tourists in their area of choice to visit or stay
• Create deals and planes with hotels, restaurants, tourism places ….etc
• Creates activities that would ensure a memorable experience for any tourists visiting any particular area
• Market various destinations as tourism sites once they have been discovered and explored
• Develop and mange care rental department ( insurance, rental, budget mantianince…etc)
