Carrying out calibration, maintenance, servicing, repairs, troubleshooting at customer sites on various equipment’s such as, Dissolution baths, Ezfill’s, vessel washer, UV’s, HPLC’s, GC's etc. liaising with customers over phone and email for support.

Calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment such as HPLCs (Agilent 1260 and 1290 infinity 1 and 2, Shimadzu i-Series, Shimadzu Nexera X2), GCs (Agilent with FID), Dissolution Kits etc. to internal procedures, carry out data integrity assessments, investigate and repair equipment failures. Furthermore, liaise with external contractors to ensure timely completion of external calibrations and to approve/review contractor supplied documentation. Also review work carried out by other equipment techs and to also assist in the validation of new analytical equipment’s.
Carrying out method development and validation activities for analytical methods to regulatory guidelines. Also, undertake the chemical analysis of raw materials, intermediates etc. and compile completed analytical documentation in accordance with internal procedures and contract customer requirements. Furthermore, Maintaining the systems within the laboratory. Carry out internal audits as and when required.

I review work which has been carried out by other analysts to ensure that it is within specification and that they are according to EU and USP standards.
