Leading a multifunctional analysis that determined the causes of unsuccessful Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) with partners across the world and ultimately resulting in an implementation of a new shipping application in French-African CMA CGM Agencies.
Improved EDI transmissions by 27% (from 65% to 89%) and streamlined the EDI resolution process
Managed Vessels, terminals operations and Husbandry activities across six Moroccan Ports (A Hub, 2 regular terminals & 3 secondary Ports) and I led a team of 7 Maritime agents. Besides my daily duties, ~30% of time was allocated to projects aiming at business development, process excellence and /or cost-reduction.
Lunched 1st direct maritime lane to Russia achieving 100% in schedule reliability & 98% in slots utilization.

Responsible for data collection at the planning phase to support the successful integration of Gillette products in the central warehouse upon the merger of P&G and Gillette supply Chains.
